Get Rid Of Your Bad Habits
With The
NEW-HABIT METHOD
Bad Habits: Why Can't We Get Rid Of Them ?
We all have bad habits. We don't get enough sleep, we leave the toilet seat up, we bite our nails, we eat too much junk food and probably many more that we don't even know we have. All of these are bad habits that just seemed to appear suddenly without effort. And they probably didn't bother us much until someone we cared about pointed them out to us.
Many people think that they are stuck with their bad habits because they don't know how to get rid of them and when they do try to get rid of them, they keep on coming back. So why bother !
Since bad habits are so easy to start, it should be possible to create a good habit just as easily. There are many techniques that claim to eliminate bad habits. Unfortunately, most of them don't work very well or work only for a limited time or take too much effort or take too much time. Most of them also don't make much sense and if you fail at it, the typical response is that you did not put enough effort into it or you did it wrong.
The SWISH: A Method That Works. But Easier Said Than Done.
The Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) based SWISH is presently the best method to use for quickly eliminating bad habits and fears. It works and it is very quick. However, doing the NLP based SWISH effectively, requires a skilled practitioner with an extensive knowledge of NLP. Most people, who want to eliminate their bad habits, just want to eliminate the bad habits and move on with their lives. Many of them do not want to be experts in NLP and many of them may not have any interest in learning about NLP. Some of these practitioners charge hundreds or even thousands of dollars for a few SWISH sessions with them. But in the hands of a skilled NLP practitioner, a few sessions is usually enough to eliminate the bad habit.
The NEW-HABIT Method: It's Easy, You Can Do It Yourself. And It Works
The New-Habit method is a much improved version of the NLP SWISH that has been simplified and structured so that knowledge of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is not required to use it. When done properly, it can completely eliminate a bad habit within a few days.
Doing the New-Habit method is as simple as reading 10 to 12 pages of text and using your imagination to pretend that what you are reading is happening to you. Do this several times a day for about 5 days and your bad habit will be eliminated and replaced with a new good habit. It is as simple as that. It takes some time to write the 10 to 12 pages of text used in the New-Habit method (if it does not already exist), and it requires you to imagine yourself with the bad habit, but when you are done, the bad habit will be eliminated.
The tutorial on this web site explains the New-Habit method in more detail and gives step-by-step instructions on how to do it. The tutorial can also be downloaded for later reading.
